First and foremost a special shout out to Lacey, Sarah and Miguel. Their service was outstanding. They definitely had on their professional hats the day I came in. I have used Rutland Tire before and will continue to use them in the future because of these three and the rest of the team. Where other local shops have refused service for silly things Rutland has stepped up to save the day time and time again. Thank you guys for the stellar experience!

Lacy was so considerate and helpful today with a minor service I had done but every time I go there everyone is so kind and helpful and for more extensive repair the service has been excellent. I highly recommend Rutland tire & wheel. I always feel appreciated there .

Mike is the best for anything car related. He mounted my wheels and tires and I got 5 more mpg, traffic instantly got better each afternoon and my passenger windows started working again. Even the lady at the taco bell drive thru told me she noticed a change. Thanks Mike!

To start, I never write Google reviews, but my experience warrants one. I took my car to Rutland Tire & Wheel for a front-end alignment because I recently changed the struts. A little background on the car: it is a 2004 Toyota with 240,000 miles and the check engine light is on. By no means is it in perfect condition. I utilize this car to commute to and from work to keep miles off my other vehicles. They told me the inner and outer tie rods need to be replaced because they are “loose” before they can do the alignment. I replaced them myself and took my car back to Rutland Tire & Wheel to finally get the alignment. Well… they called me and stated: “The lower control arms need to be replaced because they are 'loose' before they can do the alignment." They never mentioned this by word or on the receipt during the first visit. I have proof if you would like a picture. The most frustrating aspect of this situation is, why didn’t they tell me that on the first visit? The first thing that comes to my mind is that they are trying to exploit me for more money. Keep in mind that I paid $53 for the first visit and another $53 for the second, for a total of $106 down the drain, with no cost

They actually stayed open past closing time just to make sure my car was taken care of and that I could get back on the road safely. That level of dedication is rare.
